Staff
With a team of over 30, our staff are our biggest asset, many of them have been with us for more that 5 years and several have been here now for more than 10 years. Having a low staff turnover is essential to providing the consistent high level of childcare we provide and for parents it's a familiar face throughout their child's stay with us. We hope it also demonstrates that we provide a positive friendly and supportive environment that benefits the staff, children and also our parents. The majority of our staff are fully qualified with the remainder currently training to achieve their qualification. All staff receive regular first aid training and complete on-line courses in food handling, safeguarding, health and safety plus a number of other courses to support their roles.

We have staff in key roles who have received additional training to further support their colleagues and families of children that attend. These include our level leaders, designated safeguarding officer, special educational needs coordinator, (SENCO) and communication champion.

Our staffs' health and wellbeing is extremely important to us and our management team strive to ensure that everyone gets the support they need to excel in their roles.
